Househam Sprayers, Spraycare Ltd are looking to appoint an experienced sales manager who can lead our already successful sales team to further successes.

Househam Sprayers/Spraycare are a dynamic forward thinking company and one of the UK's leading manufacturers of self propelled, trailed and mounted sprayers. The role would be based at the Househam sales office in the beautiful Lincolnshire town of Woodhall Spa.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Sales experience,
  • Some knowledge of the spraying/agricultural industry.
  • An ability to lead, motivate and guide a dedicated team of 3 salesmen and site based support staff targeting UK markets
  • An ability to communicate and support other members of the team.
  • Enthusiasm to move forward and develop sales of new and pre owned machines.
  • An ability to input towards the overall marketing plan & international business strategy.
  • An ability to communicate at all levels.

Although based in Woodhall Spa it is anticipated the role will involve both customer and dealer visits so some travelling is expected as is the need to attend numerous shows/exhibitions throughout the year along with meetings at the Leadenham facility.
